Refund policy

At The Crafty Mom, we take great pride in creating custom, made-to-order products. Each item is crafted specifically  for you, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged product, or if there is an error in customization in our end, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to correct the issue and send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Please note that all items are final sale, and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on personalized or made-to-order products.
