At The Crafty Mom, we take great care in crafting each made-to-order product just for you. Please note the following details regarding shipping:

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. If there are any delays in processing, you will be notified immediately. 

Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order and the destination. We offer flat-rate shipping within the US. You can review the shipping costs at checkout. 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number yo monitor its delivery progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our hands. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
